My name is Sommer and I started this business because I love cupcakes! For me, the most important part of a cupcake is the way it tastes. Of course, cupcakes are adorable and I love decorating and customizing my cupcakes, but if they don't taste great, it doesn't matter how cute they look! That is why I always use the highest quality ingredients and only bake one batch of cupcakes at a time. I believe taking care in choosing my ingredients (many of them organic or local) and not skimping on quality makes for the best possible cupcake.
